At Up & Raising LLC, we believe that everyone deserves a second chance. Our mission is to provide stable housing, supportive resources, and meaningful opportunities for individuals re-entering society after incarceration. We understand that successful re-entry begins with a safe place to live — a foundation from which people can rebuild their lives, reunite with their families, and contribute positively to their communities.

Founded on the principles of justice, compassion, and empowerment, our organization works to break the cycle of recidivism by addressing one of the greatest barriers to re-entry: housing insecurity. Too often, returning citizens are released with nowhere to go, facing stigma, limited resources, and systemic obstacles that make success nearly impossible. We are here to change that narrative.

Through our transitional housing programs, workforce readiness initiatives, and community partnerships, we help individuals not only secure a home but also gain the tools and support needed to thrive. Our team collaborates with local agencies, employers, and mentors to ensure every participant has access to counseling, job placement, life skills training, and long-term stability.
